Family Ties is the training component to Jayne's work and ministry. She believes at the heart of success for adoption professionals and families is relevant training designed to create awareness, enhance knowledge and understanding and build skill. She has been an adoption and foster care educator almost twenty years. Her interactive, multi-media presentations create an enthusiastic training environment.

Alongside her training responsiblities, Jayne has participated in the devleopment and writing of over 200 hours of training curriculum for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, National Foster Parent Association, Infant Adoption Awareness Training Program, and Casey Family Programs.
